Not much to add today tbh - yesterday was written off to laziness and post exercise trauma (gynae type exercise to fix waterworks - seriously OMG - 20 mins per day for next 4 months )

Today has been church which was cafe style - brews. danish pastries and discussions about racism - really interesting. Then Crimbo decs away, tip run, then down to paperwork for the afternoon.

Hope your time with the hospital really helps your daughter Tenmah, grr at dh's all round (although mine is being ok atm) and go for it anyone who needs to.

Afternoon all, havent posted in awhile, except for the post about MG radio interview.
I have had a few things going on in my life, that have really thrown me.
So I stopped posting and stopped doing things and stopped going out.

Then this morning I had a phone call to let me know a friend I have known from school days passed away suddenly she was only 55.

So I sat in bed having a good cry because she was a lovely woman who would have given you the world if she could, never had a bad word to say about anyone, and was always grateful for what she had in her life.

So I have decided I can not change things, but I can change ME.
So I hope you dont mind if I rejoin the living again.

I am going to write up a few challenges for the new year for myself and will post them later.

Grrr seriously why can we never leave on time! I said I wanted to leave at 2pm as I didn't want to be driving in the dark in an area I don't know, but we are still sitting here. My daughter has suddenly remembered 101 things she needs to do before we go

She has said if it gets dark she will drive, which is ok but I wanted to get to know where we are going as I will be doing this journey for the next three weekends!
