Don't keep us in suspense TMIF - tell us where and let us get good and jealous!!! No holidays on the MFinThree pipeline - so please let us live vicarously - pretty, pretty, please :D

Gemmzie - anything we can help with? Just shout out and you know we will rally.

I have got a few hours left before the boys come home - so I am back to the re-designing of my life. I now have solid, compelling and exciting stuff to play with for the next few months.

Hiya jc -well done - way to go first week on SW. :T

I hop on the scales in the morning so fingers crossed.

    MG

I actually started back in November...but didn't have any scales and bought some on boxing day with Christmas money :D Although I don't know my starting weight I knew what my heaviest weight was previously and I was deinitely heavier than that so I 'feel' like I've probably lost around 2 stone altogether. I have a lot to lose so it's probably the equivalent of a 'more normal' sized person losing a couple of pounds!

I have a big birthday and my two siblings get married this year (not to each other obviously.....that would be a whole Jeremy Kyle!) so it was time for action!

  • Yay! Have a good time TMIF! Went to the same hotel just over a year ago, the outdoor swimming pool was great (though chilly in November - but practically unused and loved being able to swim and look at the view!) and for a complete contrast the indoor pool was hot! Loved Malta for all its interesting history and its fantastic cake shops!

That looks so lovely hon - and I just a teensy bit jealous. My dream holidays are on their way - just the matter of 100 teeny challenges between here and there:D

Way to go Jc - in your honour I have hopped on the scales to check where I am one week in ................... 5lbs off :j.

But trust me I have quite a way to go but I have the bit between my teeth as I am desperate to turn my stash of 50p skirt bits into a grown up sexy wardrobe (thanks to some steering from Souk)

Hell I used to throw up sets in high heels - how come I now live in jeans and boots??? No way am I gonna get that dinner date wth Gabriel Byrne feeling / looking like this :D Yes BoB he made it onto my goals for his year again:o

Off to be productive before my littlies come home

It's good to know that you've been there Trog... v excited :)

Booked my parking last night, and just need to scrabble together a few ££ to convert to €... at least the rate is good at the moment. It's 1.2/£1 which is the highest it's been for ages (See I can get it back to money saving in a flash ;) )

Does anyone have any plans for today? I should scrape the sealant from around my bath - seeing as I can afford to replace bathroom, I might as well make it look nice.

(I didn't mean to make anyone jealous - was just sharing ma news... sorry x)

Jealous TMIF - jealous. Can't get into the link but have a great time. Never been to Malta although we did consider it once & spoke to the only person we knew that had been on holiday there - reply was -hated it don't go - so we didn't. We asked his Mum later why it was so bad and - the pavements were too high & the bingo was p**h. So glad we didn't go then ** insert roll eyes smiley here **

So stay away from the bingo & watch them kerbs

We'll be going away in Feb for a week - cheap 'n' cheerful one with DH's payments from over Christmas - again not very MSE but we love being other places....... - still looking though

Today - will be a potter & TADA day as DH is off tomorrow & looks like he has the start of the flu (but has gone in to work). TMIF - I'll do your sealant scraping if you clean my living room window of doggy snot smears.....

    Have a good one folks

I'm jealous - but in a motivated , get-off-my-bahookie kind of way. Nothing wrong with a little of the green -eyed monster if you turn it positive IMO.
