Great News from Crickett and Horace
Thanks for the translation GQ
Well, in the spirit of MG'S post about paying yourself first I have today joined a gym. It does not seem very :money: BUT there was a special offer on and I think that if I have paid for something I will bust a gut to make sure I use it just to get my money's worth (well I am a Yorkshire lass). I have signed up for 4 classes next week (included in the monthly fee) and aim to go swimming most days. I can start using the gym after my induction early next week. I was thinking about joining SW or WW club, but I know all the theory and I do eat pretty well so I think that exercise is the way to go. I also used some of my Boots points to get a pedometer. Don't think I have ever been so determined.0 -
I' ve been thinking... has anyone seen Souk recently?0

Just de-lurking to say a massive well done to Crickett, great news Horace and what a relief! And MG I listened to your broadcast too and it was really great, you made it sound so do-able and even obvious, it was inspirational - and you were right about the guy who was on before you, he was just about the complete opposite, a real defeatist, made you want to give him a shake! Hope you inspire many others (as you have us) and that this all leads on to greater things!0

Done, MG
Also done - this morning before I even put the kettle on, I dumped all the plasticware from its gloryhole onto the kitchen floor. It took less than 5 mins :j to match tops to bases and turf out the rest. (anyone else think that plastic lids/containers are like socks and that there's a parallel universe where the lost ones all go?)If you have a talent, use it in every which way possible. Don't hoard it. Don't dole it out like a miser. Spend it lavishly like a millionaire intent on going broke.
