Great interview MG, I think you'll have helped a lot of people who aren't old hands at MS-ing get their wake-up call
I have a sewing machine and need to find a granny, OH's mum has got to start pulling her weight as I want to know how the heck to use the darned thing! (Oh and I also need to learn the art of having patience)

This is going to be a year of dares from the Mentors methinks

Just a quick post... I weighed myself at the gym this morning...! Changed my signature to reflect the rather amazing news...!
I have lost 1 stone and 4 pounds so far, and I have lost 17.6% of my overall weight loss. I am THRILLED with this!!
18 pounds in about 14 weeks. Slow, but pleased with the progress.

WOOHHOO well done crickettBoiler pot £30.92/£10000 -
Whoop whoop whoop (thanks Moam) what I thought was a tax bill saying that I had underpaid was in fact a rebate of £447.76 - I received the cheque today (I hates what seem to be complicated tax forms). This means that I can pay my accountant what I owe her and I can clear my business overdraft to bring that account back to black. I will be using some money to pay my Visa bill - bully can wait because I had considered paying his bill in full but because he has been so nasty and others have been patient they are being paid first (also because their bills are lower). A business account that is in the black is more useful to me because it means that I can start my business events again - this time I will be charging an annual membership fee and the breakfast fee will go up too to say £12-£15 in line with other groups because making £2 on a breakfast is just not viable.
Good news Crickett - working in excess of your hours is never good and you don't get thanked for it, if I get the job that I am applying for at the college I will ensure that I work what I am paid to work and no more - I would even be able to come home for lunch as the college is 4 mins walk from my home at most:D0 -
Wow, well done Crickett, that's great news on the weight loss. I've not dared to go on the scales in a week0
