I have a Citibank account and as far as I have been told its either a regular salary transfer or £1500.

Basically my husbands salary is paid direct into the account which is less than £1500 but I was told that after 3 months we will be eligible for an overdraft as its regular monies going in, all I need to do is call them.

Another pointer, a cheque book doesn't come as standard as they figure most people just use debit cards now but a quick call to them and I got one within 3 days.

I didn't know about quidco but I put a post on the referrals board showing citibanks current offers.

£2 has been deducted from my available balance and it doesn't say why  - I have an access account which is free, no monthly charges. Should I contact them? has anyone else had this happen?

Fill in the form, print it out and send it to your bank. A record of the form will also be sent to Citibank who will chase it up if it is taking too long.

If you call them and ask them to send you the transfer form out and just complete that and return it. You should have had one in the welcome pack too

Quick question - when setting up Direct debits etc, is this address the right one for the bank?

    Citibank Int' plc
    Global Consumer Banking
    PO Box 49930
    London
    SE5 7XT

Might sound daft, but I'd like to get it right!

    Thanks all.

On my account transfer form the address for Citibank was given as being in Salford although the form had to be posted back to London. The Citi website lists it as:

    Citibank International plc
    Citigroup Centre
    19th Floor
    Canada Square
    Canary Wharf
    London
    E14 5LB

It shouldn't make much difference though as financial institutions can automatically bring up the bank address from the sort code information.
