Well, I phoned them last Tuesday, to be told that I'd been approved, so I naturally thought that I'd be recieving everything soon. I phoned again on the Wednesday just to ease my mind about it (my key worry is that my old bank account has been closed, and I've yet to see that Citibank cheque go out of it...and then bounce:rolleyes: ...which spells doom in my mind!), and they also said it had been approved.

So I'd have reckoned I should have got things by now, but maybe I'm just being impatient?

it states that if you haven't heard anything after your first welcome letter then to get back in touch with them to check if they have sent anything out and if it's gone missing in the post, I would ring them again and ask when they sent anything out, asap, just incase,

A company can't respect their customers much if they are trying to save money by using overseas call centres....
sorry to hear that you have had problem's with citi, but everyone is different, you never know we might all be saying the same in afew months time, but until then kindly keep your negative thought's to your self, please, as it come's across quite offensive to myself and other's on here,
    thankyou

Well, I received a letter from Citi with all my pin numbers in!

Bit of a silly order, but at least I DO have an account! Now, they sent the welcome pack on the 16th March, so I suppose it must be soon. But it's a bit of a relief to get comfirmation of things!

Everything is starting to pan out!

    Phew.

    Thanks everyone for the support.

    Reason I like them -

    *Free Telephone banking
*Treat customers as people and not as a number
They gave me a full current account despite me having poor cedit rating, I have a Visa Debit card with them and could only get a Visa Electron card with HBOS.

Overall they seem a happier bunch of people :money:

    Oh another happy customer:j
