I dont post on here very often but read every day. CW this is about opinons and he did not offend me with his post. Ok yes not very tactfull but honest, alot of us think it, not many of us say it. So my advice is just let the board flow and others voice there opinons.0 -

I have to agree with you on this one too, I am the opposite of you I post alot lol. We all need to remember the everyone have different thoughts about certain things. I don't believe for one second that anyone was trying to be offensive.
If you take a post as offensive - Just ignore it
With regards to the over sea call contact centers I think companies should stop pushing them all abroad purely to save money. I disagree with this due to the fact the UK is losing 1000s of jobs each year as a direct result. If I have been helpful - Hit the Thanks button0 -

Exactly, and if these companies who have moved their call centres abroad actually care about their customers they wouldn't have done it in the first place. It'll be interesting to see which companies move their call centres back to the UK ....:happylove Tori Bellatrix :happylove

On the Quidco front, I submitted a claim for the missing £49. Quidco e-mailed me this evening saying my claim has been sent to Citibank.0

I wonder if anyone will be able to help me here.
I received my ID back this morning, but they have kept the cheque I sent.
I called citibank only to be told I have been declined.
If anyone else called to check the progress of their application were they asked for their name, address, and date of birth? As the lady on the phone never asked for my address.
And to those who were declined, was all the ID sent back including your cheque, with the standard letter saying they would process the application within 15 days?
Thank you0 -
Got the card today, and set up the online banking.
Really feels like a fresh start now!
Nice and easy to set up the online details, and nice to have a Visa card still!Chuffed to be member 11 on the DMP mutual support thread.
Unanimously voted 'Quotation King' by members of the club. Woo-Hoo:D

it seem's not everything is black and white, but I am sure that all those who did/do qaulify for the overdraft will tell all soon, unless no one has got one, umm make's me wonder if it's just a roe to get us to take out there account's ,although I am totally satisfied with mine, and don't actually want an overdraft, so it doesn't bother me, but for those who do want one, it would be nice if anyone who has actually got an overdraft with citi, tell us how you managed it,
thanks
all the best

Just thought that you would all like to know that I called CB after 8pm on Tuesday eveneing and told them I would like to take advantage of their £500 overdraft.
I got the overdraft. :T
I won't go into too much detail here about the process, so if you want to know PM me.0 -

sterling cheques will start to earn interest 3 working days from receipt and will clear 5 working days from receipt.
hope this helps
cw
The cheque was lodged on Monday 19th and cleared Thursday 22nd. So that's 3 days from receipt instead of 5. Am I just lucky?0 -
