    Hi all

I am shattered:), I got up at 7am and haven't stopped since.

I cleaned the house from top to bottom and put on 3 loads of washing. I also managed to clean out the fridge - heaven knows what would have been waiting for our return.

I went to Pilates and popped into Boots to get 24hr suncream - in boots it was £19.99:eek: , so I went to B&M bargains and got the same brand for £4.99.

I popped to my sisters as she did my hair and fake tan (saving pennies):D. I babysit for her so that is quite a good deal.

    Morning world,:D

I'm still on my holidays with one more day to go but as the "call to prayer" has woken me up at 5.30am every morn it gives me a chance to catch up on these forums.

Parts of holiday have been brilliant & other bits a wee bit pants. Hotel is new so they are still learning. We arrived on Monday 02nd & it took them until sat to believe that our aircon was broke & then fix it. Our bathroom hadn't been cleaned when we arrived and they cleaned it the next day. I got shouted at by a waiter:o, I had asked for a soft drink & he just started shouting at me - really shocked & embarrassed.

I had a bad stomach upset the first few days & then stupidly drank too much one night hence the switch to soft drinks & tea:D

However there were brilliant days out and OH and I went to a gorgeous relaxing log cabin place away from the crowds. OH and I have agreed that this is our last stay in this part of turkey.

Is it mad to be looking forward to getting back to home & my budgets:rotfl:

I'm going away again next month so need to see how much I have left in kitty.

Hi mara - we're in Olu Deniz. It's our 4th year here & we have always loved it which is why we keep coming back:D I think that we just need a change of scenery. I think this hotel (marcan resort) needs to shut down for the winter & act on all the complaints - it will be fine next year but I will not be back.

I went to kabak for a couple of says - I will post a link when I get home - it was truly amazing/magical etc etc. we also went to fetiya market. I did have a good holiday but usually with olu deniz I have a fantastic holiday. (Starting to sound like Judith chalmers:p)

Our flight is at 01.20 in the early hours in the morning. I can never sleep on planes. The hotel are letting us keep out room until 10 tonight as a good will gesture for the problems we had. I honestly do not complain for the sake of it :)

    Hi all

If you go on holiday to Fethiye and get a chance then go to the Olive Garden in Kabak - http://www.olivegardenkabak.com/index_eng.html. It was so peaceful and relaxing.

    Hi again,

I've saved this post to do with my money that I have left for Sept and my plans for it.

In my bank I have -

    Credit - £259.18 (bank) & £14.23 (purse) = £273.41.
    Debits -
    • £35.00 physio
    • £30.00 6 week yoga class starting 24 Sept
    • £4 nephews class
    • £25 niece's b'day pressie
    • £8 exercise classes
    Total - £102

Remainder to spend in Sept £171.

I have to do a big shop tomorrow and I'm cutting out alcohol for the next 6 weeks so that should save me some money. I was hoping to carry some money over to my holiday next month but that isn't going to happen now. Back to budgeting:).

    Hi all

Sitting here reading diaries - it is great the support that is on these threads.

Anyhow yesterday & today have been great money days. OH asked me last night if I had stopped the car on the drive on the way out (I hadn't) and he said are you sure? He had found £20 on the lawn when he was cutting it. It wasn't mine but he gave it to me anyway:T. When we were on holiday I took out £200 for my spending money and as we were all inclusive it was enough for the 2 of us. OH gave me the £200 back today :):) - I refused it but he insisted. I can use some of that money for my holiday to Italy. I need a cartwheeling smiley.

I went to Sainsbugs today and spent £60.25 but the cupboards were pretty empty and I had to get loo roll.

    Budget

    General spends - £[STRIKE]171[/STRIKE]/£60.25
    Planned spends - £[STRIKE]102[/STRIKE]/£4

I'm back to work on Wed so I have lots of boring cleaning/tidying/gardening plans on Mon & Tues. I also have to get to the shops to get my niece a b'day present.

My final counselling session is this Thursday - I'm feeling really good at the minute.

    Morning all:),

OH wanted to go for a walk this morning and asked that I be back from church & my Mum's by 10am. I've been here since 10 and he's still in bed - typical:).

I rejoined the weekly spend challenge and hopefully that will make me more accountable with my spending.

I have also started a new eating plan today - it's not a diet as I can't go down that road but I'm working with a nutritionist to try and get my energy up. Of course I want to lose weight I've put on about 20lbs since I recovered from bulimia but it has to be secondary to keeping the ED at bay.

Plans for tomorrow- tons of holiday ironing and I will buy my niece her present.
