    Morning again,

    I've been playing around with my budgets and I've decided to increase my car payment to OH to £500 per month which means I should be debt free by March 2018 :D. I've added £50 more to my holiday savings and £50 to my general everything pot which covers heating oil, car repairs, MOT etc. I thought if I moved money into debt and savings then there is less chance of me happily frittering it away. So now I have 25% of salary going towards debt & 30% going towards savings.

    I'm going to try and stick to cash as much as possible for the month of June and I will take £250 from my bank to start June and see how many days I can make it last -
    • £50 bootcamp;
    • £60 trip away;
    • £15 work commitments;
    • £20 health;
    • £50 diesel;
    • £50 groceries.
  • that's a massive percentage towards savings, well done you
    Mortgage at 01.01.14 £119,481.83:eek: today £0 Emergency fund £5.5/5.5k & £200/200 cash.:jWeight 24/02/19 14st 7lb now 12st determined to stop defining myself by my mistakes. Progress not perfection.:T100%through my 1% mortgage challenge. 100% through my pb challenge.

    Evening all,

    Thanks INOD - hopefully I will not dip into savings before end of month:o. Hope all is good with you :).

    Spendy day today but no frittering :)-

    Tues 30th - £50 boot camp/ £13.70 groceries & £5 sponsorship.

    I shouldn't need anymore groceries this week as cupboards are full & a colleague gave me a Hellofresh voucher for 3 meals.

    Put in a DDA request for a move closer to home & will be given a referral to OHS & need to gather medical evidence. After this I will just have to accept my post & hope work comes my way soon...

    I found out there is a 3 weeks wait for new therapist but I actually feel semi ok again & ive made a doctor's appt for next week. I'm starting to feel positive again.
