Many off us forum regs have seen price mistakes time and time again from a vast array of different companies.

Legal stuff is always mentioned over and over again. People get upset, angry and smell a bargain. Talk about; the law, customer rights, trading standards, lawyers, small claims, watchdog etc etc.

Yet from all the similar experiences seen before this there is only ever one result.....the item isnt sent out.

There must have been thousands of these things ordered and no matter how much whinging and legal gaff people state it never changes one thing.

Stop kidding yourselves people, it was a long shot. Dont waste time and effort chasing a £150 laptop, your honestly just wasting your time, has been done and seen many many times before.

My £34 Gamecube from Tesco says you're wrong - and, when enough people order it and it makes its way to Watchdog, you don't even have to do any chasing.

Now that they have cancelled my order, I am more concerned that I have registered with them.
Expecting to get bombarded with loads of mail, clubbooks etc

But the gamecube was £35 normal price at Woolies, and that was 2 years ago.

I had the same email and have been advised I will get a refund......will have to wait a few days for that I expect.

This is substantially higher percentage price mistake compared to the gamecube deal. It wont be honoured and has already been cancelled, whatever you may think and hope. Argue and try all you like, believe that you can get it for the price you want.

But its been seen and done all before, the company have cancelled the orders and certainly wont go back on them.

Dont waste your time, it'll disappoint you more when it doesnt happen.

So, you cross out your address and put them back in the post ... without a stamp.

My order status is still showing 'Accepted' on the Littlewoods online status. I've also not yet received an email about cancellation........I think I'll just wait

Same here. Ordered the £149 one got confirmation email and as yet no cancellation one. the order still shows as accepted. Its up to them to notify me. if not i'll kick up a lot of fuss!
