    Quite clearly, you don't

No!!! How can you not know this? The court does not make the determination, the victim decides if it is investigated as racist...the Police gather the evidence and the CPS prosecute (or not) based on what they have the best chance on securing a conviction.

    Yup, that's what I said.
    Again No!
You lied, then you lied about lying.

Now you're trying to worm you way out of it by pointless sophisty.
Really? Is that what you call this mud slinging...accusing me of being a racist liar? Yet, I havn't raised one bad word against you...

You really are deluded, aren't you?
you see, I'm far better than that.
A legend in his own mind.
Well, if you cannot understand that point, I think you should either go back to school or give up these debates. There is a world of difference between saying "You're wrong" and "I don't agree".
You really believe the twaddle you talk, don't you?

    I say something.

If you don't agree that means you think what I said was wrong.

    It's that simple.

And yet it seems to defeat you.

"You're wrong" in relation to an opinion smacks of self importance and lack of respect for anyone who doesn't agree with you
Is that why you resort to all this mealy mouthed, passive aggressive, claptrap?

You think I'm wrong but you haven't the guts to say so.

So you make a post that weedles and whines and tells everyone what you think but without ever coming right out and saying it so you can put your hands up and say "I wasn't nasty".

    Pathetic. Truly pathetic.
You have quite clearly realised that you have lost the argument and resorted to this behaviour.

It's you who have lost the argument and that's why this post is all meta.

Yes indeed there is. 'You're wrong' is very black and white, it suggests an absolute, and closes down discussion. It is also very confrontational. Whereas 'I don't agree' says 'based on what I know, you are wrong'. It allows for discussion. Just my opinion.

They damn well should take racist and homophobic incidents seriously.

And if they won't do it out of a sense of upholding the law in a fair and impartial manner then maybe they should be scared not to.

What a strange comment. Is that an attempt at sarcasm? Or are you making fun of me?

    Нет, я являюсь британским!

Translates to: No, I'm British...or at least I am now!

No, no, and once more no. You said...

You admitted that it does not have to be prosecuted as such - and it is not a court who makes that determination - so it is down to the police and or CPS to decide if there is evidence of racial motivation and act accordingly.

...and that is different! I don’t think you have managed to state one true fact all day but you have reverted to baseless accusations against others. By the way, what does “sophisty” mean, unless of course you mean sophistry? There was subtleness in the statement I made but no falseness – you were wrong...quite wrong...again...but why break the habit of a lifetime? Your whole being is based around chicanery, isn’t it?

But, what is the point? You quite clearly are either blind, stupid, ignorant or, more likely, a heavy blend of all three.

And an egotistical megalomaniac to boot who finds the thought of anyone else having an opinion acceptable only when it has been provided by you in the first place.

A liar, a cheat and an obvious racist - possibly homophobic too (although perhaps with one foot out of the closet)?

Not to mention a coward that runs away at the first sign of a fight - cries to his mommy when things are not going his way.

If your delusions tell you that you can say whatever you want to whomsoever you wish, then fine...carry on...it will come back and bight you on the proverbial one day and when it does, I hope I along with all the others you have gone out of your way to antagonise with your lack of skills in [inset area of choice here] are there to see it and laugh, oh how we'll laugh!

Just thought I’d depart this evening and leave you a small sample of your own vitriol.

    You’re worth it!

    He said KFC.

What does that have to do with chicken?

I'm surprised your unfamiliar with KFC restaurants. They're quite common in the UK and serve mainly fried-chicken-based meals. The letters KFC used to stand for Kentucky Fried Chicken, but the company was re-named to avoid the unhealthy association that "fried" has these days.

Glad to hear KFC meals are now healthy, having expunged the unhealthy element from the name.

I don't think I would eat KFC even if I ate chicken, which I don't. I presume KFC buys meat from abroad, where welfare standards are lower than in the UK, although from what I have read UK farming of chickens is not good, from a welfare point of view. Unfortunately most prople probably do not care.

Apologies for discussing the original thread subject.

I was being sarcastic (at the expense of KFC).

About 25 years ago I made the mistake of buying one of their products and found that, whilst technically made of chicken, they'd managed to provide something that tasted almost entirely of spiced fat.
