Yep, I did become a housing bear 6 years ago. And the crash happened just over a year and a half later.

House prices are Edinburgh are higher than when you joined HPC, your 'crash' was a more of a fizzle.
Your very own link showed house prices in my area up 11%. If you want to split down by type a small sample from a small town, and change the dates then yes I'm sure you can fabricate some data....
