Go easy on him, he joined HPC 6 years ago, has rented for a further 6 years while prices escalated, it is understandable he is foaming with rage - nearly 40 and bought a house for someone else. I envy his landlord, & I bet he drives a nice car.
Lets be a bit more inclusive

Holy Cow .... he has been buying someone else's house for all that time?? No ... really??
