Lets be a bit more inclusive
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Thats nice Heathcote. Nearly 40? Lets not get carried away. I'm a bit younger than yourself as I recall.
Yep, I did become a housing bear 6 years ago. And the crash happened just over a year and a half later.
Unlike your good self who, by your own admission, was a big ol' bear way back in 2003. No wonder you never want to reveal your old HPC moniker.
I'm not surprised you're getting a bit shouty Heathcote.
Turns out the average terrace in Sunny Hitchin has tanked 25% since you bought weeks from peak.0 -
Hmmmmmm, yes I see their point of view now ...... rent for the rest of your living months .... or .........
Buy and clear mortgage within 10 years .... the rest of your life can be spent buying beautiful cars and playing on the stock market, making even more dosh .........
The inclusive view would be TO RENT!!!
The real clever view is - I'm buying and living life free of payments in 10 years time!!
Buying can work out better than renting for life?
STOP THE PRESS!

On the contrary .... I drive through the New Forest and on to the beach .... it's quiet, especially at 5am when we have a barbeque breakfast on the beach. It is a convertible old Sports Car.

I'm glad that you have done such things, Jimmy lad - as I just see saddness, sorrow and regret in your posts.
A 5am Kebab after a night out I have done .... but, what I meant was a sober drive to the sea

You sound like a scary freak at times you know.
I know you are full of 5hit and that but you do have some very serious issues that you need to address.
I have issues because I choose to go through life without using swear words????
