I went into my local 3 shop yesterday and they were offering a Motorola A1000 with Sat Nav on the £17.50 half price deal as it is a discontinued line, has anyone had one?

Don't forget, you won't get the £100 from Quidco if you sign up in-store rather than on-line.

If you go back to the beginning of this thread I think it should answer all your questions. The deals are what are advertised by 3 and if you follow all the suggestions on this thread can save an extra £160.

    Hi guys,

I'll try and cut a long story short!

My Mrs tried signing upto 3 online but got rejected 4 times - found out it was due to her putting in her old credit card address, on the 5th attempt - with proper details it went through ok.

Here's the sticking point... due to the 4 failed attempts, 3 rang her up about this and she explained what had happened.

3 then wanted to procede with the order over the phone, to which i whispered NO! as she would lose the Quidco cash. Basically 3 then turned round to her and said that the previous 4 attempts will hit her credit rating!! i can't believe that, it was a (4) honest mistakes, not sure if the bloke was trying to scare her into signing up there and then on the phone.

What you guys think? She is going to start again from scratch and try and sign up online again next week.

    How do you save £160
    £100 from Quidco and £30 from refer a friend = £130
How do I save another £30

The A1000 is not offered online

SO does this 100 quid still work? Or just the 70 quid one on the new deals?

    Go on quidco and check!

Clearly states £100 for contracts and £70 for selected two contracts. If you are not happy with their service you can always complain via their website.

The friend gets thirty aswell. Quidco will only be online deals as far as I can see.
