if the customers did not lie on their loan applications etc then it sounds like just a civil matter

I suggest you don't talk to the police at all. Just go in and no comment everything.

im home. was arrested and charged with fraud due to abuse ov trust. provident have taken off all interest and money i have already paid takes total down to 15k. am due to appear in magisrates on the 29th nov at 9.15 have had a good talk to oh and told him there is no more mine and your money anymore and am going to do a very strict budjet. thank you everyone for your support sometimes its easier to speak to someone outside the box so thanks again will keep u all updated

Glad you are getting it sorted with your OH, unfortunately it appears some people have very simple views on domestic abuse & its results. (its not just physical)

If things start going wrong again please get proper advise.
