  • that is what i cant work out either any money outstanding now provident have taken off the customer and are going to put it on an account for me they wont even tell me how much it is as they have been instructed by the police to to discuss it with me incase they are called as witnesses
  • i will try to explain and simplify it as an agent i asked customers to get a loan for me i would pay the money off said loans each week some weeks i would miss as i didnt have any money. when my husband found out i was more concered about the customers getting in trouble provident came out to interview me and i told them what had been happening and they told me the customers involvment would only be to give a statement and then the loan would be taken off there account and put onto mine

why couldn't you get your own loans? the only thing i can think of is you got comission on your own loans cause they were in other peoples names

  • If Provident were happy to transfer all of those loans into your name why would they have called in the police? Don't try to be clever and second-guess what might be going on. You have already proven by your actions that you're not very smart so please avoid trying to dig yourself deeper into the mire.

  • it spirreled out of control and i couldnt see a way out i was getting the loans to pay the other ones and it snowballed from there i had to tell my husband as i was having a breakdown and even though i knew i was in trouble it didnt seem like money it was just numbers in my head the money was going straight back into provi

thats alot of nice friends i don't think i know 27 people who would lend me a tenner nevermind £60k althogether. I'm still confused as to why they police are involved, guess you'll just have to wait and see and get legal advice in the meantime
