Why do you say you will be worse off ?
It is not the amount of money you as an individual have that is the relevant figure for deciding this, not the total amount of money coming into the house.
I have never agreed with 50:50 split in the way you describe. What you should do is put your incomes together, take out the bills and then divide the difference.
You will still get some taxcredits if you are a couple.0 -

Surely if he wants a true 50-50 set up it should be £1200 halved, £600 each and then you use you csa money off your half
, maybe I'm wrong?!

Dont forget your tax credits may change when you let them know he has moved in.

Then you need to point out, that you are financially worse off by this and also if he contributes to anything to do with your house (eg he pays for repairs) then he may have a claim on your house should you split. I think you need a serious discussion over this.sexy_fufu wrote:He wont do that, thats what i wanted but he said NO0 -

We can debate social policy all night but in terms of your concerns, they can be loosely broken down into two elements...
Do you wish to maintain your current level of benefit or do you wish to progress and develop a relationship at the possible expense of it?
Sorry to sound blunt but thats the choice you may have to make.Don’t be a can’t, be a can.0 -
Worse off by £100 maybe, but at least you can get a good rough sex session every night

Isn't working tax credit there to pay childcare bills??? That's what mine gets spent on. When i work out my bills i never include nursery fees or WTC as i know that the WTC pays the nursery fees so you shouldn't have to worry about it.:j Egypt 10th May - Here we come!!!:j0
