A question about homemade yogurt
Hoping someone can help me with this questionI posted it on the Easyio thread but not had any luck!
I have made yogurt (in easyio maker) which has seperated to give 3/4 thick yog and 1/4 yellow water liquid.
I left it for 6 hours before checking it and it was still runny. I replenished the hot water and left it overnight (only meant to leave it another 2 hours but went to bed and forgot about it!)
Will it be OK to eat if I drain off the watery bit?

wonder if a nyone can help me ( kinda doubt it though) ... hubby was making a chicken chasni ... it was tasting lovely and just required the last bit of salt added ... however the salt lid fell off and all but a tiny bit fell into the food ... i have taken out as much as i could but it is far far too salty ... i think i will need to chuck it out ... which will be very annoying to put it mildly ... does anyone have any idea of anything i can try before i have to take this step
thanks0
