    hubby just went in the bathroom to see what ds was up to as he had been gone for a little, only to find him with our friends ds both with their faces covered in shaving foam and ds with a razor in his hand :eek::rotfl:

    Cariad I did see your Q re £39 breadmaker, but I'm afraid I don't know the answer. Mine's a Panny, which was about £80 if memory serves, and the previous one (which expired) was given to me 2nd hand, so no idea of the price. Sorry.:(

    All I can say is that I bought a cheap Bm at first,think it was about £25 5 years ago,it was ok ish,but it stopped working after a couple of years.I got my Panasonic and couldnt believe the difference in the quality of the bread,much better risen and consistently good,and thats using it nearly every day.HTH x
