I switched to this in December 2010 and received a letter yesterday saying this is coming to an end on 31 December 2011 and I will be transferred to the standard (variable) tariff. At the time there were a lot of people who switched to OS v7 so I assume there are many in the same boat. What is everyone thinking of doing?…

Is it the 0800 0567777 number you used? I called today on 0800 085 5800 and got through quite quickly, might be different areas though.
