LoL - 9 consecutive posts without interruption on the same thread and I get accused by this fellow of just posting for the sake of getting my post count up. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Or perhaps its just to divert attention from CH's very perspicacious observations earlier up the thread.;););)

    Cheers

Lot of installers saying how good are. But this is not what I have found.
Just wanted to help this guy before he spends a lot of money.

Just wanting an answer for people to see .Yes under warranty

Around here Veissmann use a couple of local firms for the warranty repairs.

I only look after 2 of the old100 system models. These have been nothing but trouble.

Apparently they have got to grips with this now in the new versions, hence their standard 5 year warranty to boost confidence again.

I have had one problem with getting spares. The pcb hadn't arrived still, after 10 days. Spoke to the rep and he arranged a totally free goodwill repair as the customer had been let down.

Sadly my house came with a Suprima :(

Don't really know what I would have in my house, but probably an ATAG in purpose built cupboard if I had room.
