Funny how you will not tell the people on here .
If viessmann were so good they would have a team to repair them, but they don't . They use just any gas safe engineer.
I will stick with the manufactures that invest in ther people and support customers.X British Gas engineer and X BG sales adviser.

In other words...you don't know the correct answer. Btw....when my OH is working in a customer's home he doesn't spend the customer's time/money posting on an internet forum...he is there to install, service or repair.

when i went on the training ,if the boiler broke down under warranty the installer went back, has this changed ?

Ask yourself...do you trust your 'mate' and his judgement? If not contact Viessmann and ask....as I have suggested previously.
It is evident from postings made by another that he/she does not have hands on experience with Viessmann's service or products.
Good luck with your install whichever way you go.
