First Plus in default of FSA ppi agreement

we are actually in week 11 after they received the acceptance letter my wife has informed me...

i do have some sympathy for the phone operators as they have no control over anything. The lady today was actually nice, and empathic...

i have two number i keep calling, might try to find others...

i am actually thinking about doing a you tube video directly to Mr diamond if i haven't heard anything thursday from his department... :-) maybe then someone in the media would see it and take it further for all those thousands of people still waiting....

Someone I know who deals with PPI complaints tells me that they actually deal with them in surname alphabetical order, don't know how true this is for First Plus.

Could be something in it then Nutty as my surname also begins with B and we both received immediate responses, you have your cheques and mine been posted and due tomorrow.
