Well we haven't made it to the carboot sale. I wasn't very well in the night and earlier this morning, think I've picked up a bug (I'll spare you all the details!!).
I'm up showered and dressed now trying to pull myself together to go out for DS3s shoes, dog food, food shop and lightbulbs (I know i'm be having a moan about how much they are). OH said he'll go so I'll see how I feel in an hour or so, hopefully be OK for tonight but at least if I don't eat tonight it will keep the cost down
We did manage to update budget last night. Petrol budget is looking good, we will both be within our £100each for the month. Grocery spend is currently at £254 for the month, which is still quite high. But looking to only spend £40 today to last until the end of the month/next weekend.

Latest underwear has been from the SM...cheaper that way! But I swear we have a sock thief in this house!
We ahve one of those too !! I now refuse to try and even pair socks anymore, so they are washed and thrown in a big plastic bucket inthe spare room and its a free for all !! We are all frequently to be found wearing odd socks, but do I care ? Nope !! I am sure Mr Pinot must have looked rather fetching at times, possibly wearing one of the girls socks with Monkeys on one foot and maybe the Eiffel Tower on the other !! :rotfl:LBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !

I made it to the meal and we had a lovely time. It was great to catch up with folk we haven't seen for while. But I'm sure my MIL paid towards my SIL and BIL part of the meal, but I won't let it get to me. Our bill for the food was £90ish.
Had a bit of a major spend at the supermarkets yesterday. Spent £36 in A1di and £40 in Sburys. We stuck to the list in A1di but went of the beaten track in Sburys. They had the shampoo and conditioner I had got the other week on offer and as it is helps me to stop looking like Crystal Tipps I got some more. Also got some kids DVDs that were reduced for friends kids birthday presents. So at least I can see where the money went.
I feel much better today so going to tackle the ironing this morning. I've got some mince out of the freezer to do burgers for tea today and cottage pie for tomorrows tea. At least today should be a NSD and the sun is shining. Have a good day.xxDMP with CCCS started Jan12 £34,906 Jan13 £31,893 Jan14 £26,836 Jan15 £21,894 Jan16 £16,839 Jan17 £14,415 Jan19 £12,938ish Jan19 £9,649 Jan20 £6612 Feb 21 0 Self managed from Jan'17

Sold 3 out of 5 items on ebay tonight. Not sure if I'll relist the 2 items that didn't sell, I might just take them to the car boot sale.
We have put all the car boot stuff up in the loft for now, so our bedroom is back to normal. Have cleaned and tidied everywhere today. I can't wait for the dog to stop shedding her winter coat, everytime I go into the kitchen it looks like there is a family of gerbils scooting around the floor.
The washing has been on and off the line all day. Have managed to get half of it dried and ironed. The rest is on the clothes airers.
Money sorted for next 3 days, so including today that should be another 4 NSDs this month.....I stress should be, although I don't intend on going to the cashpoint and my purse doesn't have a penny in it.
Hope everybody has a good week.xxDMP with CCCS started Jan12 £34,906 Jan13 £31,893 Jan14 £26,836 Jan15 £21,894 Jan16 £16,839 Jan17 £14,415 Jan19 £12,938ish Jan19 £9,649 Jan20 £6612 Feb 21 0 Self managed from Jan'17

Thanks Brizzle, good luck with the NSDs. Another today so I'm up to 8 for the month so far.
The guy my OH gives a lift to work to is changing shifts, so to make up for the loss of the petrol money he is going to start going on his bike. (Pinot - not sure he'll go for the mankini :rotfl:) His bike does need a bit of work to it to make it road worthy. He has to pick DS3 up from childminders 1 or 2 days a week but any amount of days he can bike it will be good.
Had a lazy night tonight. Haven't finished the ironingand I'll be going to bed very shortly as I feel shattered.xx

Another NSD today but will have just put £10 worth of petrol in (which is the last of my £100 budget for the month) tomorrow.
Had a lovely tea, just chicken and pasta but sat at the table just talking with OH, DS1 and DS2 after. DS2 was talking about kids at his school who smoke, drink, and who's parents don't seem to care. Then DS1 was talking about what he's going to do when he finishes college this year. He's talking about going to Uni but wants to take a year out to get some money saved up. But he's just lost his part time job as the shop he worked at is closing down. He's frantically looking for another job now.
Also a lot of DS1s friends have already passed or are just about to take their driving test, some have already been given £5k cars by their parents. DS1 knows that although we are helping him financially to learn to drive/pass his test there isn't any money in the pot for a car, not that he expects one.
On a plus note I'm up to £80 in my £2 coin pot, which I think will go towards my DS2 school trip money, he's away for 9 days and the maximum spending money is 200euros but I don't think he'll be taking the maximum!!!
Still haven't done ironing tonightand have eaten a chocolate egg
. Ooops I really must get back on track with my healthy eating.xx
