Shame on you, no washing out on a lovely day at 9.30.xx

I know amber, that's not like me at all, tut tut.:D:rotfl:

Yesterday was a LSD ish! We bought the dog a new bed, no amount of washing was going to make the other one smell fresh. I started to get a headache whilst we were out, picked up some mints to see if that would help but it just got worse.

As the afternoon went on I just felt worse, then started to feel really stressed, for no apparent reason. Ended up in bed at 9 and had a great night sleep.....must of been tired. Just got a slight ache over my left eye this morning...:(

'We've' just realised DS3 hasn't done some of his homework. Anybody with 7 year old boys will know you can't rush them to do school work, major meltdown time which could of been avoided if we'd been more organised!!

Also picked up bread and milk yesterday from the coop, got 2 loaves reduced, 25p each and the date was not until Friday 9th....bargain.

    Must update spending diary/budget today.

    Xx

Just seem to be plodding this week financial. Tonight I was on fire when I came in, did tea, put DS3 to bed, vac'd and tidied everywhere, sorted paperwork/post out, ironed and have just updated spending diary/budgets.....now I'm shattered :rotfl:

Yesterday was NSD3. Today paid childcare, and we both paid works lottery.

We have £63 to pay for food and petrol to last until next Thursday. Nothing social planned for this weekend...Phew!

Have booked the 'other car' in to be fixed the week after next, so need to scrape the money together for that.

OHs glass has been 'half empty' the last few days, and he is so forgetful. This week he's forget his works locker keys, his mobile (which he is never without!) and he hasn't replied to a few texts....which is not like him and some other 'normal things'. Haven't said anything. :o

Friday tomorrow...this week has just flown.

Wow, Alice, just reading what you got done last night exhausted me!! Hope your OH is back to 'normal' soon. He seems to have been doing so well just lately, I really hope things do not slip back again for you. Friday is nearly over, so hope you have had a good day and wishing you a lovely relaxing weekend :)

Aww thank you gillst, yesterday we had a chippy tea as treat, not very MSE and not good considering the lack of funds for next week but you know. OH suggested it so wanted to try and cheer him up a bit. Hope you're having a good weekend too. :)

Thanks turfy, OH can be very frustrating at times but I'm just going with the flow and trying to not let it get to me. :o. Sorry to hear your OH is the same as my OH, hope it doesn't get you down though.

Mummy unfortunately it doesn't happen very often, by the time I've come in and we've had tea it's nearly bedtime :o:rotfl: hope you are having a great weekend too.

  • Today was a bit spendy:eek: £8 at farm shop, £12 butchers and £18 at @ldi. OH had a cricket match £3 subs and £2 to buy himself a drink. Then we went to watch our friends son play in a football match and we had to pay to get in £5 for 3 of us.

Just need to get petrol now....hope my calculations are right and we don't get any 'surprises' come up.:o

Managed to get 2 loads of washing dried today.:). Have checked weather for tomorrow and if doesn't look good. :(

  • Great news today (well not according to OH :() he wasn't on the redundancy list. That's it now no more too lose their jobs (so they say). I know he hates it, he's over qualified and under paid but at least he has a job....just wish he'd see it like that. Plus he's not done anything about looking for another job...oh well.:o

Had a statement from Bcard today, nearly below 7k, now at £7090, we pay £110 per month so next month it will just be below.:)

    Just got to keep plodding.;)
