Back on track, today has been a NSD
dfw321 - your right, 6 months ago I would be doing that a couple of times a week and ending up throwing a lot of food away.
Beat the debt - yeah they were healthy things, and they will get eaten, used and not wasted.
Got a problem with the washing machine, must get OH to look at it this weekend without fail. We had the bushes replaced a while ago and since then it has been shaking when it spins, now its just getting worse and you can hear it upstairs on the opposite site of the house when it spins (its in the garage), its level some must be something inside. OH pretty handy so hopefully he can fix it.........I have been asking him to take a look for a wee while. Doing a couple of loads tonight so it had better be a dry day tomorrow.xx
P.S. I've just had a small glass of milk tonight, without the side dish of chocolate buttons.DMP with CCCS started Jan12 £34,906 Jan13 £31,893 Jan14 £26,836 Jan15 £21,894 Jan16 £16,839 Jan17 £14,415 Jan19 £12,938ish Jan19 £9,649 Jan20 £6612 Feb 21 0 Self managed from Jan'17

Hi Alice ( and fellow subscribers)
Have just read your diary from the start and have subscribed so will keep on popping in to see how you are. you're doing really well you know and it's great that you and your OH are tackling this together. Very pleased you had a good Christmas. We spent more than we should have, ( altho less than previous years), and I doubt we had a better time for it. So a lesson there.
Cheers hon

Itsa - the sun came out in the end, the washing just needed airing and was dry this morning. Just added to the mountain of ironing, I'm sure I'm in training for the washing and ironing Olympics!!
brizzledfw - Thank you, I have up and down days but its great OH is getting into this debt busting malarky. We really did cut back this Christmas and I have to say we still have a great time and the kids really didn't notice. I aim to start Christmas shopping even earlier this year, that will help with the cost.
This weekend we've got a bit of spending going on-
1. Haircuts for 3 of us (£25 in total)
2. MIL birthday presents (I have M&S vouchers I could use)
3. Niece birthday presents (not what to get)
4. Meeting with friends and we are having fish and chip supper tomorrow night(mmm not sure how much, say £8-£10ish)
5. Petrol for both cars (£25 each )
6. Food shopping (split btwn A1di and S*ainsburys, need to do meal plan)
7. Son going bowling tomorrow with friends (£8)
Also need to chase the last few CC companies which haven't agreed to new payment plans. Will need to check with CCCS too.

The boys football has been cancelled so they're not happy.
OH has just gone shopping. I know he really doesn't like going but it is better when he goes as he keeps to the list!!!
I got MIL and nieces presents last night and petrol. OH getting the cash for hair and chips eta so will have to update spending diary later. Hopefully we will have enough change left after all todays spending for kids bus fare for at least part of next week.
