Wow you've had a successful busy few days Tilly, great job. Sounds like a great plan as well. You've done so amazingly and although it might have taken a long time to find your LBM you had it now and it's onwards and up

Morning HDK, thinking of you today as DH and I are off to join a gym and for the first month use a personal trainer to push us hard. I'm using our monthly entertainment budget for the trainer bit, so not sure how Mr T will feel when he realises the pot's empty :rotfl:
I have a question re meals. You have done so well with your weight loss and your dedication to exercise etc - do you serve family meals or does the family eat whilst you're at the gym. Mr T and I are planning when we can get to the gym together occasionally and the kids are already asking if that means we'll be eating at 10pm those nights. Any advice to help make this work. I actually have a feeling of desperation now and need to get strong, hard to describe how it feels.
Thanks for your advice.
