Boy we are on a roll. Mr T complained about some plants we had ordered via the Daily T. Replacements arrived today and under separate cover £20 in vouchers :T

I think I may have to buy a lottery ticket tonight just in case :rotfl:

Wow you've had a successful busy few days Tilly, great job. Sounds like a great plan as well. You've done so amazingly and although it might have taken a long time to find your LBM you had it now and it's onwards and up

Hi Tilly. Just popping as, at last, I have a few minutes to catch up on diaries. Who put May on fast forward?

Sounds as though life is going according to plan in the Tilly household. Fingers crossed the awaited email arrives soon.

I would very much like to know where May went - the year is racing by

Plans are going reasonably well but slow. Once it's all confirmed I'll post some good news - hopefully

    Have a good weekend x x x

Didn't buy a lottery ticket, I don't as a rule but was a tad tempted.

Hope you get the painting finished :)

  • Morning HDK, thinking of you today as DH and I are off to join a gym and for the first month use a personal trainer to push us hard. I'm using our monthly entertainment budget for the trainer bit, so not sure how Mr T will feel when he realises the pot's empty :rotfl:

I have a question re meals. You have done so well with your weight loss and your dedication to exercise etc - do you serve family meals or does the family eat whilst you're at the gym. Mr T and I are planning when we can get to the gym together occasionally and the kids are already asking if that means we'll be eating at 10pm those nights. Any advice to help make this work. I actually have a feeling of desperation now and need to get strong, hard to describe how it feels.

    Thanks for your advice.

  • Quick recap to remind me of what we need today

    Jobs

Check birthday/anniversary list and note down cards to buy - list written and will buy from market today
Receipts - check CC and bank statements - big NOT DONE

Spending diary - not working at all recently - Mr Ts direction to do as we spend has been waylaid by other stuff - I will be getting this up to date today :(. As above :(

Check what needs to come out of expense account for work spends on existing CC, rather than new expenses not CC - make sure money is in the right place - First job after shopping

Buy some veg plants as more seeds have failed - buy from market today

    Ironing Done

Remind Mr T to book the next two week's of hotel stays, along with any rail travel needed Done

Pizza for dinner - Mr T will make dough when he takes a break this afternoon. I need to ferret out toppings from the freezer - easy peasy as freezer inventory is up to date :rotfl: FAB :T

Duck tomorrow evening and no idea what's happening with it, apart from we all fancy something Chinese

Brisket on Sunday - all veg in the fridge already Removed from freezer

Shopping on Saturday will be milk, fresh fruit, red/yellow peppers, tomatoes and ginger THAT'S ALL :T

Extra money from food budget will be OPd as soon as I'm back from the shops, plus only taking cash, no purse

    Best wishes Tilly x x
