Brizzle and TattyCath, I'm not sure how we managed to fit so much in before 11am. However by 8.50, the dogs were walked, the shopping done, DD dropped at work, the washing machine had been on twice, the tumble drier once and the Moroccan dish made and in the SC - and breathe.........

    Have a great day, Tilly x x

Ok I'm exhausted just reading that! ::rotfl::rotfl:

  • Morning, bbbbbbrrrrrrrr it looks cold and we're walking the hounds shortly. I'm looking forward to the week ahead. Calls this evening, out tomorrow and home financials Wednesday evening.

I have three bills to pay this week  Once upon a time I wouldn't have thought anything of spending, now I stop and consider impact on offset :rotfl:

I hope everyone has a good week - time flies and it will soon be Friday.

  • Lois, Thistle and TattyCath, yes it was busy on and off but really rejuvenating to relax and laugh. I must admit to feeling pretty weary now :o

Tis true, suddenly the mind-set is there and you can't shift it. I have birthday money that OH kindly insisted I only spend on clothes but I can't bring myself to go into a "full-price" shop and mooch. If I want something when the summer comes, I'll go to the charity shops. In the meantime, cash has found its way into the sealed pot! The mind-set really shows the difference between needs and wants doesn't it, something I've really learned from you MSE stalwart stars!

I hope everyone has a good week - time flies and it will soon be Friday.

I know, I was thinking this earlier, it doesn't even feel like the beginning of March any more ... ! Glad you're ticketyboo Tilly!

  • Evening, where has this week gone. Work has been mental and the days have been early starts and late nights. I'm just having a glass of wine and Mr T is working on HM fish and chips.

Walking has gone well and I will update signature - I am currently on 26.2 miles. I think walking has helped to keep me sane this week.

Life certainly can smack you in the face occasionally but thank goodness we are living a sensible life. There are loads of positives happening in RL as well as a few kicks, but overall things are good.

I'll catch up with diaries tomorrow. I feel like im missing out on my family by not posting and reading as much.

Social life is busy right now but also cheap :T. We are definitely following in Fortune's footsteps of loaves and lilies.

Blue sky, fresh air and spring flowers - fab.

    Best wishes
