Morning, boy it's difficult to get out of bed when its cold.
We're off for our walk in a few minutes. That will make 15.2 miles, will be doing another 2 at work which takes me to 17.2 by tonight. Will have to see if I manage another one tonight, although 19.4 sounds pretty attractive.
51p TT to MOS.

Yay - some physics!
It's clear from your explanation, Thistlewhistle, that you mean force x distance (which is right) rather than force x time. I expect the biology's a bit more complicated - thanks for the explanation of the pace required - but I'm only a physics teacher, so I don't know much about that.
Oh yes, distance. I remember now! :rotfl:Mortgage at end 05/2007: £90200

My orthodontic appointments all used to be arranged for alternate Thursday afternoons, conveniently freeing me of the brain implosion I knew as a double physics lesson at school! So, sadly I can add nothing to this except a nod of slack-jawed wonder at you clever peeps who get all this (the slack jaw being another result of time spent in the dentist chair instead of the classroom, probably).
Good to know walking's the thing though as I run in a very undignified fashion and don't have the joints (or industrial strength undergarments) for it!
Will follow Tilly's lead and try to up my daily walking, suspect this will be a target for March XStash busting 2014 45 / 60 (balls of yarn)!

Hi, another 2 miles in the bag which takes my total to 17.2 since Saturday. My goal for end Feb is 25 given I started so late through the month, and I'll achieve that.
I want to average 30 miles per week which is less than previously but achievable.
Need to get on the phone again

Morning, no walking first thing as I'm off to the office for early meetings. However, I'm all sorted for two walks later. Lovely to think by tonight I'll be on 21.4 - 25 miles here I come
Money - 11p TT to MOS. small grocery spend yesterday. Considering I haven't actually done a real shop last weekend, things are going well.
I have enough fruit until Friday, although fresh veg are reducing.
Dinner this evening is toad in the hole mmmmmm. With strawberries to follow, (they are the remains of a bag in the freezer which need to be used up) and need to decide what to do with them. This isn't very slimming and I hope it doesn't set me back too much.
Kitchen looks fab and we've moved some furniture out and around and the dining area looks beautiful.
I'd better crack on.

I'm sure all this walking you're doing will burn it all off in no time! I'm so glad your mojo's up and running (well, walking briskly) again!Stash busting 2014 45 / 60 (balls of yarn)!
