He is your friend, your partner, your defender, your dog.

sazz it would lighten your load if you didn't feel the need to reply to every single post that's made. If you click the thanks button, which you always do anyway, we know that the post has been noted. I'm sure everyone would understand, but if there's a sighting, we'd love to hear about it.
Please post when you feel the need to talk, not because you feel guilty about us all. You can't keep going at this rate of high stress, or you'll end up ill.

Everyone knows he is missing, because you did your job so well. If this was a police search, they would be scaling it down now, until any new sightings or leads were received.
    Ease up on yourself, please.

A lady came to the kennels today to collect her dog after going to visit family in Scotland. I asked her what area - told her about Rory and this thread.

Turns out she has a relative roughly around the Nairn area who is a dog groomer - so have asked her to let said relative know about Rory and spread the word :).

    HTH :D.

The old boy finally made the front page. Ruaridhs picture right beside the header of the Forres Gazette! Story on page 5. Again, all we can do is hope that whoever has him reads it, and gives him back to us.

I put this on FB this morning, but haven't yet shared with MSE-This morning an old lady said to me ''have you got your big doggy back yet. I said 'No- but we're still looking', to which she replied ''Oh well, I think he must have had it then''

You know, I had my blip last night- but thinking about it today I'm not going to give up and go into a shell. That woman was crass and insensitive but she's given me renewed heart. Even if just to say Eff you Missus when I walk past her with Ruars on a lead! Last night I wanted to shut myself away from it all, but not any more.

And everyone- thank you for everything. Frugalista- that's brilliant, I got in touch with groomers, but the more the better.
Ruaridh Armstrong-missing since 05/11/11. Come home old boy-we miss you x

If you can't stand behind our troops, please feel free to stand in front of them.

I will respect your opinions, even if I don't agree with them :)

I've read the whole thread and am absolutely gutted for you, I can imagine how you are feeling. Never give up hope, he's out there somewhere and you WILL get him back. If I was nearer I would be out with you looking for him. Keep positive, I'm keeping everything crossed for you. x

There's an update on Facebook...a possible sighting. I'm sure Aileen will update as and when...but cross your fingers everyone!
