Hi, any advice anyone? I placed my order this morning and still haven't had an email from them to confirm my details.

How soon did other people get theirs after ordering?

(Just incase any of you read my previous post, I did order it on Saturday, but the transaction didn't go through to the Order ref. no. page so after a phone call this morning to dialaphone found out they have no record of it. Entirely my fault, not Dialaphone's).

Update: Just got my phone this morning, can't fault the delivery. Got the phone on charge and having played around with it for half an hour can definitely say it's pretty easy to navigate and personalise. I have always had Nokia's but I am pleasantly surprised with the 'user friendlyness' of this Motorola. The phone is a bit bulky, but as it's going to be used mainly as a home phone (should save money on our current bt home line with the offer) I'm not too fussed.

Got the free clock too!! Must remember to send off vouchers at specified times with that months phone bill and cancel insurance. So I'm one happy bunny!! Thanks OP!!

When do we cancell insurance? Can it be done in the 1st three months? Or do I need to work out 3months from the time I bought the phone?

You can cancel the insurance anytime within the 3 months and you will not be charged for it. After that it is £5.99 per month! I'll probably get 2 and half months out of it then cancel it just in case I get any prob's in that time. ;)

I bought the data cable from ebay uk for this phone. All I get is a USB icon on the taskbar which tells me I've got an unknown device connected to my p.c

What software is the best? Do I need a USB driver to enable the USB data cable to work?

Maybe the cable is slightly faulty because the computer only picks the phone up if i push the data plug into the phone really hard and keep it pushed in.

It's got better as long as your happy to be tied in for 18 months the site says that it will be £4.99 for the full 18 months (with the redemptions). Maybe wish I waited..!! Still happy got my phone for nothing to pay.
