I suppose with the link above and getting an extra £45 cashback makes it an even better deal, can i ask what you have to do to get the cashback ? Some companies require to send in copies of your bills, is this the case or they pay it into your bank regardless ? Also have people got their cashback at the times stated no problems ?

    Thanks
  • Be aware about using the you at work link as I did this in September for 2 phones and nothing arrived. When i pressed the matter with Dialaphone they said I couldn't use it as it was only for certain companies and as I couldn't give them the company reference I wasn't allowed to use it and in fact they refused to even pay the £20 referral voucher as they say you can only claim 1 and not both. I tried pressing the matter and in the end got the £20 but this was only after a couple of letters and some lengthy calls.

In my view I'd stick with the £40 referral that some people now have as this at least means it would only cost you £20.

For the sake of trying to push the you at work I don't think it is worth jeopardising the other cash backs. Even now I am still sweating over the next two cashbacks on my phone just in case they try to get out of it due to this matter.

I got some more referral leaflets in the post today from dialaphone quoting £60 until end of april. My wife got leaflets earlier in the week quoting £40, assume they are targetting different rates for different people? anyone else noticed this?

I noticed on the 3 website that they are also doing a special offer for video calls between 3 mobiles - just 20p per min until the end of september (normally 50p). Was anyone aware of this?
Since I am a video phone novice I'm dying to see what this would be like - now that I've received my phone......perhaps we could have a MSE'ers video call conference...hahaha

Does anyone know if you pay to receive a video call? I couldn't see that anywhere on the site....

PS - I also saw this on the site:

Free read email and online content
The promotion for read email and online content is currently extended to 30/04/05

Does that mean we can read email and online content for free at the moment?

Does the 500 minutes a month inlude video calls to other 3 mobiles or is it charged seperately and the 500 minutes is simply voice calls?

The 500 min applies to just voice calls I'm afraid.....but the special offer on video calls to other three phones means that at 20p a minute they are pretty good value at the moment

Assuming that you get the cashback that is. Myself and many others have been screwed by this company & not received the cashback.

They also give an extra £10 for ordering online.
Leaving only £9.88 left to pay for the year.....

Can anyone confirm if the above information from the first post was correct regarding the cashback offer please?
