durain wrote:so is it cash back into my pocket or cash "credit" into the fone account?
My understanding is that it is cash back, paid into the bank account that the direct debit comes from.
HOWEVER
1) It is staggered, and paid in four stages over twelve months in accordance with a defined schedule.
2) It is not paid automatically but has to be applied for, entailing the submission of a paper voucher and an up to date airtime bill (original not copy).
Hope this helps. :cool:0 -
beware of 3, I had numerous problems with them including charging me for extras that I certainly did not use, every month there was something or other that they charged me for. Customer services, somewhere the other side of the world with limited English!
were not interested until I cancelled my contract!0 -
It would appear to be cashback into your bank account as on the site it says for this offer :-
£4.99 LINE RENTAL FOR 12 MONTHS!
For the first 12 months of your contract line rental is just £4.99 (thereafter £30), that's an amazing saving of £300.12!
Please note - the first 3 months line rental will be debited automatically at half price (as £15), the remaining £255.12 is available as cashback by redemption to your bank account in 4 stages, £30.03 at month 3, £75.03 at month 6, £75.03 at month 9 and £75.03 at month 12.Your really can not beat a good bargain !!!0 -
i got my phone this morning and i am so pleased with it, i have found the reception is not bad and i live in a very bad reception area. The phone is a bit chunky for me but i am not complaining at all as it's free well roughly £10 for the whole year. I am so pleased as i normally miss out on good offers. I can't complain at all and if you still can i would say GO for itThe best things in life are for FREE!!!If you like what you see and find this info useful, please use the thanks button. It costs nothing and means so much.0

kevinyork wrote:Beware Dialaphone cashback. The money is not paid direct to you via cheque rather it is a credit to your airtime account. Therefore with the last credit being paid in month 12 you will end year one with a large credit on your account. I checked and if you were to cancel after 12 months ant credits WILL NOT BE PAID BACK. You would only benefit from the last credit therefore if you stayed in the contract after month 12 i.e. when the line rental goes up to £30.
As an aside, had a Three phone last year, non existent signal strength and the automatic switching is not all they say it is. Had to sue them to get my money back and break the contract after 4 months since their Customer Service failed to offer any solution, just kept wasting my time. Therefore from a personal standpoint I would not recommend Three at all. The usual saying applies....if it sounds too good to be true.....it usually is....
you are merely confusing the situation, this may have been your experience when you connected to three. this offer however is a genuine cashback offer as long as people send in their coupon at each of the 4 stages. My Shop Is Your Shop0 -
Any ideas if you still get the £75 back at month 12 even if you cancel at the end of month 11 (for 30 days notice)? And would i technically be able to put the simcard into my current phone (provided I unlocked it) and give the phone to a friend, say? Or would dialaphone realise that I wasnt using the phone they gave me...?0

The order form doesn't mention £40 cashback anywhere, do I have to tick something to receive it? When the phone comes through will I then be eligible to refer somone? If so I could order a phone for my wife, get £20 back and that would pay for both phones for a year.0

Ordered and recieved the phone and paper work this morning. However I can find no mention of the Bringme £40 cashback in the "Your Special Offers" sheet. The "your special offers" details :-
Your free gifts : Universal Phone Holder, Walk n Talk (earphones?)
Line Rental : £4.99 line rental for 12 months (via cashback)
£10 Cashback : £10 cash paid into bank account 28 days after staying connected to your mobile package.
Digital Clock : extra gift digital desk -top clock with thermometer.
I can see no reference to the £40 Bringme cashback paid into bank account 28-40 days after being connected. Should there be a reference to this Bringme £40 cashback in the paperwork? What did other people who ordered this phone via /theworks/ link get in their paperwork?
Thanks0 -

They don't include it on that sheet, I use a lloyds tsb link to get £40 and that has worked twice but it's never mentioned just paid to my bank a/c0 -
So it simply pays it into whatever account you used to purchase it?
How much is the referral scheme? Is it £20 or £40?0
