Hi,
I have now received £40 "bringme", £20 refer a friend, £10 online order discount and an extra £40 as Dialaphone (eventually after alot of pushing) price matched another online mobile phone supplier.
Only the cashback at 6, 9 and 12 months to come now.
It may take a few phone calls to chase the refunds (didn't cost me anything as I ring at lunchtimes on my works phone) but £110 cashback is not to be sniffed at.
Note: this is my second phone from Dialaphone and the cashback on the first phone at months 6, 9 and 12 were processed without problems.0 -

Was there any complexity in getting all of these?
One goes to ..../raf
the other to .../theworks
I am *really* entitled to this discount from my employer, and was a dialaphone customer from 2001... Do I get prompted for the recommend a friend later on in the dialogue? What info will I need to supply? I have a transaction id & date (and probably the connected phone number, which is still active)
If so that is rather good...What goes around - comes around
give lots and you will always recieve lots0 -
Presumably dialaphone will also allow me to xfer a number from orange to 3?
What's the process here - do they still send it quick & I use a temporary number, and then get the ported one later? Do they charge xtra? What goes around - comes around

keeping your number with this is easy, you get the option to keep you number with documentation that comes with the phone. get a pac code from your provider and ring the 3. it took them 7 days to do mine, i used my old sim when this stopped the number was sent to the 3 sim instantly. it was free.
the hardest part for me was trying to comunicate with the '3' phone staff in india.0 -

Ask to speak to a supervisor. The words they used when I called were leadsource and affinity link. The person told me there was no record until I sked him to check with someone senior0

When I rang Dialaphone regarding my £40 "bringme" cashback I told them I had ordered via "theworks" link and that I had printed screenshots of my online order.
The guy at Dialaphone was able to look at my order and he could see the link so raised a manual credit payment slip that took 6 days to get into my bank account.
Note:
the payment is NOT due until 28 - 40 days AFTER the end of the 14 day period in which you can cancel your order for the phone ie. 42 - 54 days after you have ordered the phone.0 -
