    I wonder if I try to get money out, I know there will be some there (or at least I hope there is) despite is showing yesterday's balance, it will let me have it out. Stclair what do you think? Would that work? Am desperate lol!

    I was wondering if there was a problem, I should have been paid Friday, and the wage department were I work told me it should have gone in. So with the problem with Natwest at the moment, will that be the reason my wages aren't showing up in my account?

    Apparently someone has just logged into their online banking in replies here, I still cannot get online banking here and am not registered for telephone banking. I am getting so annoyed with this whole situation.

    Ive just tried to log onto the system and its a non starter (im in work BTW)

    I do not know if they will be able to force a system update and you may have to wait until Monday for credits etc.

    HI all,

    I noticed yesterday that some direct debits that were meant to have gone out hadn't been paid out of my account. Am I being thick here or if the payments didn't work can I get charges from the companies that are meant to be being paid?
