just got a worthless reply from kevin woolston reitem 1004392754 lifted from ebay 321033899072 pioneer cdj turntables add removed
i think the credit for that one goes to another poster maby seby
but these gumtree guys are on the ball
i have removed this ad and used the information to try and prevent THIS PERSON from using gumtree again in the future
thats ok then sorted thank goodness for that

I had a reply from Mark at gumtree to my original complaint and the first advert was removed but when I sent him a reply with another scam item nothing....no more replies from gumtree. I dont know what is wrong with them, are they just hiding from the fact there is a big scam going on under their noses

This is totally crazy! Have Gumtree completely lost control or what?!

I can't believe this hasn't made it onto Watchdog or into the press, they're quite clearly not doing enough to prevent these scams and the scammers are well in control and making a fortune.

Removing individual ads as and when some poor soul loses a few hundred quid isn't enough!! They need to sort this out!

Totally agree as this stems from abroad I cannot see why they are allowing people from other countries sell stuff in the UK.
