i have sent my shoes back, but asked for a exchange instead of a refund ? do you think that if i ask for a refund i get £34 back or only £14 back plus £20 back in my Elle card, i just dont know, i hopr when the shoes come they fit me just fine, it is odd being a 5 1/2 and not knowing if i should choose a 5 or a 6...

I guess this means I'll get my £20 credit card money back, my £20 gift card but probably lose the £20 welcome code. Shame!

i have received my £50 gift cards today (x2) - very nicely packaged in these quaint little gift bags only i have no idea what ive been charged as they still have not removed any funds from my account and as i used a debit card i can see that there are no funds to be removed from that account - can anyone else confirm if monies have been removed from their accounts ? sorry and thx !!

So, if I buy 2 pairs of KG shoes for say, £25 a pair (using the welcome code and the Elle card). I keep one of the pairs and another is returned for a refund. Does the £25 for the returned pair get refunded onto my credit card, my elle gift card, or is the refund split between both ? I thought they weren't refunding back onto the elle card. My head hurts .

My Carvela boots arrived - were £140 but I paid £59. Fit great and really comfortable so I'm pleased with them. I nearly bought them at full price earlier in the year so I'm really glad I waited.

I'm not sure! I have emailed again to ask what would happen/where the money would go if I were to return 2 items but keep the third, I assume I won't get a reply until Monday now, but I shall update when I do!

Took my card to a store. Got the iPhone holder and matching snakeskin style purse. Both were £20 but bogohp and then gift card meant I only paid £10 for it all! Really pleased

I think the prices are the same. I bought a scarf this morning that was the same price in store as on line.

I was wrong! Got this email just a minute ago, you're right, no gift card refunds! Kind of confusing as the first email said differently, but I think this clears things up for me...

"I can confirm that if you were to return the two pairs of gloves, you would receive £20 onto you card, and the remaining monies would be forfeited due to the terms and conditions of the Elle Gift Card.

Elle Gift Card T&C: ‘Any refunds will be of the value of monies paid, and no credit will be reimbursed to the gift card. The £20.00/25.00 credit will be forfeited.’"
