i bought the 50 gift card for £10 + 4 p+p only to recieve a £30 gift card - so in spending this i used another elle card and the welcome code to allow me a £70 spend plus £4 p+p - not bad but not the best bargain in the world as i was not allowed to purchase the boots i wanted for my son and i was not really fussed over the ladies shoes - oh well some u lose some u win lol !!!

Sadly now the January issue of Elle magazine is now out which means retailers have to return unsold (if any) December issues back so I wouldn't think there are any more £20.00 Elle cards to be found

I'm a bit annoyed as I placed an order for a bracelet this morning, received confirmation of my order then another email saying that the order was cancelled and I can't try to order anything else until the gift card is refunded - any ideas if this takes as long as the 5 working days KG say it might?

Soooo annoyed with myself! Waited ages for some heels to come back into stock, gave in and ordered another pair and today they come back into stock! Just been to five different shops to find another card - gutted!

That's a bit mean - I can understand them doing it if YOU cancelled the order - have you contacted them to object?

No I didn't in the end. I took another item back to one of the KG stores and they refunded the full amount what I had paid and the gift card value so I guess it was even stevens

I am so upset...Just chosen 2 lovely pairs of shoes (one boots) for a total of £54 and went to apply my gift card. It said the balance was £0. I called their customer services team and I was supposed to register the card before 31/12!! Gutted!
I told the guy that it did not say that on the back of the card but apparently it was in the t&c's
