  • Have just tried to redeem it and it says: "This card has a balance of £0.00" !!!! Has anyone had this ? It was sealed in a bag so no-one has been able to get the code or anything like that. How annoying (and a waste of £3.80). :(

You have to register the card first on Elleuk.com. Then you go onto the Kurt Geiger site and when you've added your item to your basket, you put in the giftcard number in the giftcard box. Then just follow each step... I think you have to put in the giftcard number several times though and it also asks for the other 4 digit number on the back at some stage. It then deducts the £20 at the end. You will then get an e-mail from them but it will have the original price on, but just ignore it. I phoned them and they said mine had been deducted, so dont worry!! Hope this helps ;)
  • Does anyone know if I return a £95 pair of boots to the shop which I paid £51.25 for with the Elle voucher and 25% discount, if I exchange for a more expensive pair will I get the full £95 off or just the £51.25? Hope that makes sense!
  • Mine arrived today. I bought a pair of Miss KG ballet pumps for £6.50 with the ELLE gift card and the 25% off code. :j

They ARE narrow, but in my experience these kind of shoes tend to stretch out over time. Plus, can't complain at £6.50!
  • Has anyone had any joy in the last few days with using multiple £20 off welcome codes with multiple Elle cards? I'm really really tempted to get my sisters a pair of shoes each, but don't wanna waste £8 or whatever on mags?

    Amyone?

    Cheers.

I tried last week and you can only use one Elle card one at a time.
  • Thanks Rhian, but I mean can I do one order use the code, use the card THEN re-do it using another email address and a whole new card, for 2 x seperate orders?

I believe so, i haven't actually tried myself yet but thinking back to the previous posts on this thread, people have done it numerous of times. One poster did have her orders cancelled because her daughter, husband and herself all ordered to the same address which KG cancelled as they thought it was a mistake or something along those lines. I think she rung up and got her order reinstated though.

You will get £71.25... in store they class the elle card as cash, as on the invoice letter you get with the shoes, it ignores the voucher :)
