Im very happy to see they've added scarves and gloves to the accessories so my snood is ordered (to posh up my cheap navy £20 Tesco coat!) but bit disappointed to see the gloves aren't in stock yet. I've got 2 more cards to use and wanted to get them used before the code no longer works.

I got the email and the apology email too. I bought sale boots and used the code as well as the card. It all went through fine and I'm expecting the boots today.

I did this earlier this year as I got a fantastic deal on a pair off boots in the sale (£40 down from £150 delivery included). I had to wear toe splints and watch what I put on my feet. I also read up on some foot exercises I could do to help myself as even with surgery which would seem inevitable, they can and do grow back with huge ease and scarring is for life. My feet seem fine now, they still look a little odd but not as bad as they were before and the cramping has almost all gone but that wasn't without me putting in a lot of work.

So please, and this is to anyone, if your boots are to small and are not the floppy stretch-within-a-week type Uggs, don't wear them! They may well stretch in time but not without the risk of them leaving their mark first. Bunions are not only painful but they get worse and worse and then too painful to walk before a doctor puts you on a waiting list for surgery which would leave you unable to walk properly for a while and STILL might not resolve the problem!

thank you Jennie for telling me this, i really feel for you and glad you sorted out the problems you have had, tbh, i think i am going to either send them back for the next size up and see what happens or sell them on ebay, i think even stretched they would be too tight, plus i think might spoil the shape of the boots, they fit lenth fine but are so narrow, more like a narrow fit than a normal fit,

I told a friend about them, she use to work in a shoe shop and she told me she could never wear KG shoes as she said the same, they are so narrow, but said the Carvela was always fine for her,

when you made other orders did you do it from the same account, or did you make a new account for each order, as uhmm id like some gloves

Just received the second email as I ordered goods rather than a gift card and was relieved to receive their apologies. I wouldn't have spent £50.00 on a mini purse, so hopefully only the £14.00 has been debited from my account.:D
