I've just had a delivery...I was expecting 3x Jump clutch that I ordered on Weds after 3pm. Instead I've got 2x pursed that I ordered yesterday at 7pm! Where's my clutches sniff sniff?!

has anyone bought a scarf ? i want to buy one a a xmas gift instead of shoes as i see many are slim fitting , are they scarves packaged well and labelled ? i want it to look like a nice gift rather than something i purchased from any cheap shop

I used the same account details every time. Its coming to the same address so even if I changed the names/emails they would still have my address! It's worked just fine and I've done it quite a few times.

I ordered the mimi braclet , it arrived this morning in a huge box , then in a KG gift bag , then a small gold bubble wrap bag .... The braclet looks like it came out of a cracker - I wouldn't have spend a penny on it if I had seen it in the shop! Was supposed to be a gift but I would be embarrassed to give it out . Will see if I can return it and swap it for some gloves !

i considered getting a bracelet but did worry about how cheap it would look and more so tiny fitting , think i can safely say i will order a scarf now

I ordered a pair of £75 shoes reduced to £50.

Got the welcome bonus and used my gift card... Shoes for £14

Considering doing it again under my boyfriend or mums name. Does it matter we live at the same address?

Has anyone returned anything yet? I got the Lola pumps too and they are stupidly tiny. I need to send them back but I'm sure I read that if you return items you forfeit the value of the giftcard - anyone know if that's right??!!!

Woah! just checked the site again, was thinking of getting a crimbo pressie for my cuz, but, i have seen the bag i ordered and they have put it up to £50 when the original price was 40 and it was in sale and i got it for 30, i tink they have put up their prices in light of the influx of shoppers using codes etc, won't be buying anything else.

I noticed that with a few things, I was looking at some grey dolly shoes that were £59 in the sale and have now shot up to £85....and they aren't even leather!!! To be honest the shoes I recieved were no better quality than you'd get in New Look :eek:
