Not all stores stock miss KG so you may not be able to exchange that brand there. I know Solihull doesn't - just the other KG brands.

Have you gone all the way through checkout? Use the code first then add the Elle card number. It will tell you it has £20 credit. At the end before you put in card details put the gift card number in again and it will ask how much of the £20 you want to use. Then it ought to knock that £20 off the amount left to pay. Hope that makes sense.

Yup, gone all the way through to the end - it doesn't like the shoes I've chosen for some reason.... but they are KG shoes! And it's a £25 voucher, not the £20 one...

I got a voucher with my change in WHSmith with 10 or 20% extra off throughout the store. All magazines are 10% off assume this applies to the 4 for #10 offer. Offer runs from 17th - 27th November and you can use every time you shop.

Unfortunately the £5 voucher for WHSmith expires today and the % discount starts on the 17th so you can't combine both deals
