I was all panicked then thinking my shoes wouldn't come. The reason for the cancellation was because my husband, sister and I placed the orders separately using the same payment and delivery address so their security cancelled my orders automatically. Very annoying after spending some time trawling through the site on Sunday evening! However, they are now going to put all of my Elle credit back onto one KG gift card so I can use with more flexibility and won't be bound by the 'one card per transaction' condition. I wasn't greedy just thought it was a great opportunity to get my mum and sister a lovely pressie that otherwise couldn't afford. Hope nobody else has the problems but the contact centre is very helpful

Just took delivery of the hat and gloves I ordered - used code and giftcard so only had to pay £19 but they're fairly rubbish quality. I wouldn't actually pay £19 for them so I'll return them for a refund! Christmas present hunt continues.....

Just received my order from yesterday, a bracelet which looks like it came out of a Christmas cracker!! Invoice doesn't mention gift card, just shows debit card which I had to pay £1 off, is everyone elses the same?? TIA

I know what you mean , I ordered one too and just wondering if anyone knows if we can return and exchange or get the card refunded or are we stuck with it ?

I do wonder if they pre planned the stock they would need to get in for the elle card. There seems to be a lot of new line introductions of bracelets, hats etc and from peoples responses some of them seem to be terrible quality.

I got my items yesterday. I ordered a bracelet 'worth' £40 and a £10 necklace. A little disappointing and I was very worried that they'd charge me £34 rather than the £14. luckily I was charged £14 this morning, but still disappointing... would of been better getting some Primark jewellery!
