can anyone help me, I am at my basket, and I have put in the gift card number in the "check balance" box. It says I have a balance of £20, but it is not taking anything off the total. Do I need to do something to apply the card?

edit- don't worry, I can see you add it again further along in the checkout process

I've just had a despatch email for the £50 gift card that I ordered on Saturday night :j Normal details (says £34 on confirmation and despatch), but must mean they are honoring the gift cards bought before they changed the T's and Cs.

Check your emails now!!

really??? i got my giftcard yesterday and it says £50 on the box... i'll try it out now and check. i have my other one coming tomorrow, i hope it's £50! i have my heart set on hunter wellies... i could never afford them without this discount!

now just to choose pink or black ones!

I hope so. Customer Services said they had decided not to honour them, that's why they have taken so long to send out.
