no they don't 'have' to be acted upon...but that is easy to say if you are in a long term relationship (and it continues until one is not that interested anyway)...but what would you say to a young woman who has lost the love of her life and cannot ever see herself marrying again? Surely it is not that easy to, as I said, sublimate what is a natural urge? It isn't impossible of course..but beyond 'most' of us.

Masturbation has a number of health benefits, including lowering the risk of prostate cancer, lowering blood pressure, decreasing stress levels etc.
