As for the petition; it's a total waste of time. Legislation created in this country controls only this country and pornography is rarely, if ever, hosted on servers in the UK. As has been stated, there are also far worse things that kids can access on the Net including: multilation and death photos, child abuse images, suicide guides, bomb-making guides, pro-ana sites, sites expressing extreme religious/racist/sexist/political views, 'how to' guides on computer crime etc etc etc.

It's a parent's responsibility to oversee what their children get access to online.

I don't "do" petitions - at the end of the day they do faff all. My kids only surf the net in my presence & even though they're only 9, 7 & 3 it will happen when they're teens too. Computer/laptop will be used in a room where dad & mum can see it. If they don't want to do that, they don't use it. Simple.

And stopping kids seeing page 3? How about stop buying a naff paper? No paper, no t*ts on page 3.

Well it does exist and I'm sure there are some non consensual films out there. But they were there before the internet and they will always be.

This really annoys me. On another thread on !!!!!! a poster was disgusted with anyone who did this sort of thing and used it as another reason to ban !!!!!!.

No notion of personal choice, no admitting that some women like all kinds of things, no, just personal belief that they know better than anyone else.

Oh, that's what they mean by !!!!!! directed at kids, I was wondering what they were on about.
This isn't aimed at kids at all, just some youngish blokes who get their kicks from making pictures of famous cartoon in sex positions.
And some do it with cartoons, but their own creations.

Now this doesn't do anything for me, but I know it's out there and it's definitely not aimed at kids.
