Exactly, if someone wants to get his kicks by dressing up as Peter Rabbit, then good luck to him (or her), it doesn't mean that it's aimed at kids does it?

I don't get it either, but then there's so many sexual fetishes I don't get and I suspect many people don't get mine either

Are we talking hentai? If so I agree, definitely not aimed at kids. It doesn't do it for me in a sexual sense, but some of the artistic work in them is brilliant.

Very hard to prove non consensual stuff in BDSM/CP stuff, as

1. acting is involved
2. “no”, “please don't” and “aaaaargh stop” are not actually safe words
3. you would have to track down the participants and I am very hard to recognise wearing a gimp mask.

They don't want to prove it, they just want to ban the !!!!!! of it and if truth be told, they'd like to ban anyone from doing it in their home also.

Being as the harder BDSM films are made in out of the way places with completely unknown "victims" the chances of finding them and proving it was consensual is nil.

Which is something to be considered. AIUI if you have some pornography that the government considers to be outside the legal perameters, it is up to you to prove that the people in it are consenting.
Or you get prosecuted.

A lot of them are made in California in the Mission district of San Francisco; the films always have an aftermath scene with the participants saying how they enjoyed it etc. to comply with US law on the matter.

I work in a High School, raging hormones on every corridor. I'd charged a group of 4 boys (year 10) with looking up some artist research on the machines in the art department, all of which have the usual filters. On walking past I noticed that what was on the screen certainly wasn't classical art so approached them. I was amazed to see that the clever little soul had discovered the Polish word for boobs and was happily searching through google images using that word as all English references just get blocked.

Have to say i was highly amused at the thought he'd put into it, ten out of ten for problem solving there.

Yeah alot of them do now, I was talking about the non American ones.
