That's not fair, you can't make them put any thought into it!I'm not bad at golf, I just get better value for money when I take more shots!0 -

Where do you draw the line? There are plenty of simulated sex scenes on mainstream television. Would you regard watching those as cheating on your partner? What if you watch them together, would you be cheating on each other?0 -

There is a world of difference between a couple in a programme having sex as part of the storyline and !!!!!! which is just sex as a commodity. Saying that we try not to watch the kind of programmes where nudity and sex are a major feature as it's rarely needed or adds anything to the story.Lost my soulmate so life is empty.
I can bear pain myself, he said softly, but I couldna bear yours. That would take more strength than I have -

So if a married couple watch pornography together then they are cheating on each other?0 -

It's when people start to dictate how others have their relationship and life I get miffed. I would stand up for your rights as much as anyone's.
This is the whole thread in a nutshell, we have no problems with whatever anyone on this thread, thinks about !!!!!!, or uses !!!!!!. If you hate it, then so be it, if you think it's cheating and your OH agrees with you, then you are a good couple.
But when you try to put your ideologies and beliefs onto the rest of us........ well can't you see that may be a problem?Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes.0 -

They are both cheating on the marriage which is supposed to be about two people coming together without the need for anyone else in the sexual relationship.Lotus-eater wrote: »Exactly, exactly, spot on.

I see what you're saying, however if someone thinks an activity is harmful (in this case pornography) then they have a duty to do what they can to protect others.Lost my soulmate so life is empty.

Personally I think religion can be very damaging. But do you see me signing petitions and telling you on here that I think you have problems because you need it?
No that's right, you don't and why? Because I respect your right to choose.Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes.0 -

That is someone else though even if a picture.Lotus-eater wrote: »Yeah but we don't need protecting and quite frankly, most of the population just wants to be left alone from do gooders who want to set the world to rights in their image.

I was merely answering the question put to me. I have the right to sign a petition just as you have the right not to. I totally respect your right to choose.Lost my soulmate so life is empty.

How about erotic literature? Does a mental picture in a reader's mind of a couple having sex count as cheating too?0
