AVG has a family safety function you can pay for.

I don't buy newspapers so the page 3 doesnt really apply to us, anyway my gripe would be they probably show too much fake boobs and the people are airbrushed, theyre not even showing what women really look like.

Soft !!!!!! with two apparently adults might be fine but lots of the stuff is very degrading to women and desensitises men to violence against women.

Luckily my other half does have a brain cell, but to answer your questions about why some men wouldn't want their wives to know, I'd hazard a guess it's because of idiots like yourself who brainwash them into thinking that looking at a harmless pair of tits, or a poorly scripted sex scene makes you a potential rapist or child molester.

And to be perfectly honest, when you consider the plight of citizens of oppressive regimes like North Korea, people like you should be deeply ashamed of the fact you're clamouring for increased government control of the internet.

Here's radical idea, how about you just try limiting your own kids access like a good parent should. Don't go attacking our civil liberties to compensate for your own deficiencies.

tbh i think they should try and shut down the peadophile sites first. I know there is a hacker group that is doing this now. That is what the governemnt should be focusing on.

The police have a dedicated division working on this, but it seems as soon as one is shutdown another appears, mainly outside the UK. I honestly don't think there is a way to get rid of all illegal activity from the internet*.

* I don't count !!!!!! in that category!
